LANARK ROAD

The original four roomed bungalow was substantially extended, to the side, rear and up to form a second floor. Light to the original house could have been compromised and all effort was made to maximise light and airiness. The ground floor became predominantly open-plan and incorporated a whirlpool-bath in a hidden room. An integral garage was included.

The first floor accommodated bedrooms, a cinema/games room and a rear facing deck/balcony.
