MURRAYFIELD

This project evolved in three phase; the interior remodelling of the main house, the demolition of the existing extension with the construction of a new two-storey extension and landscaping.

The first phase, remodelling the existing home was completed before the second phase constructing the extension commenced. The extension accommodated a ground floor Family room and Dining room connected to the Kitchen with two first floor bedrooms and a bathroom.

The structure is a timber frame with external Glulam frame. The front façade clad in stone was designed to reflect the style of the main house. The glazed screens are comprised of linked sash and case windows and allow 180° views of the garden.
